We got married last July at my mum and step dad’s house in Dornoch. We were so lucky to be able to have a wedding at their house and have all my and Donald’s family stay there and in the holiday house. Family and friends helped us make the day extra special with lots of handmade details and everyone pitching in on the day.
We had a humanist ceremony with 60 guests all packed into the living room.
After the ceremony we celebrated with bubbly, a BBQ and a big bonfire at night.
Mums light candles at the ceremony.
Photos in Granny’s garden with bridesmaid Lisa and best man Dave.
Local Black Isle beer – cask with a great hit with the boys.
